It is also a crucial element for economic development and energy security. The proper use of forecasting, especially in the industry sector, would benefit the country as it helps to improve the country GDP. In this thesis, the study emphasises more on the projection of natural gas and electricity demand for the year 2018 to 2030 in the industry sector. The variables are identified through various research papers. It is then used in the multiple regression model. The results showed that both electricity and natural gas showed an increase in demand for the year 2018 to 2030.
