E-learning offers a powerful platform for comprehension instructional technology and learning needs at a more convenient time. However, for current e-learning models, many issues need to be tackled by training institutions. The biggest challenge is "how to deliver" rather than "what to deliver." The e-learning model must utilise a social network platform for communication learning and connectivity. Besides that, only a few training institutions understand how to combine learning online with a social network to make it more efficient. The motivation behind this study is to propose an e-learning model, "Transformation Strategy Model (TSM)," to enhance the learning implementation process based on social networks for training institutions in Malaysia. The research methodology of this study basis on four distinct phases. The first phase was to determine the transformation strategy factors using literature based on the research problem. The second phase was to proposed the TSM. In the third phase, the proposed model was evaluated by interviews from experts (CEOs, senior managers and decision-makers). The expert feedback, which identified the proposed model's strengths and weaknesses, led to model improvement. The fourth phase of the research process involved the improved model's validity by survey questionnaires based on the five Likert scales from top management executives working in 253 registered training institutions in Selangor, Malaysia. Findings of the proposed TSM shown training institutions are satisfied with the TSM model to achieve the learning implementation process. The results help training institutions understand the importance of using social networks to accomplish the learning process's objectives. Findings also benefit other public sectors in Malaysia by providing a basis for further studies on adopting and accepting social networks to effectively and efficiently facilitate the learning process 2023-05-03T13:41:27Z 2023-05-03T13:41:27Z 2020-05 Resource Types::text::Thesis https://irepository.uniten.edu.my/handle/123456789/19618 en application/pdf
