| Summary: | The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction against academic achievement. The study is also determine the factors which contribute to job satisfaction among the Head of Subject Panel of the school which achieved the highest performance in Malaysian Certificate of Education in each district in the state of Johor. Satisfaction factors in this study are based on Herzberg Two Factor Theory namely hygiene and motivator factor Academic achievement measure by the mean grade obtain for each subject in Malaysian Certificate of Education examinations. The Head of Subject Panel were sampled and were distributed self ministered questionnaire. |
