A total of 270 respondents participated in the study. The results indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived security, and social influence have a positive statistically significant relationship with the adoption of cashless payment. However, perceived usefulness and perceived credibility showed an insignificant relationship. This research contributes to enhancing convenience and accessibility in cashless payments, promoting a cashless society, and benefiting various stakeholders, both in Malaysia and globally.
