The PS4-S portal has rise the question of ‘Is this mental health portal usable?’ To measure the usability and acceptance of technology in supporting the psycho-emotional wellbeing of undergraduate students, and to compare the intention to use the mental health portal between genders. This study utilizes a simple random sampling technique with a total number of 189 participants. The instruments used were Psychoemotional Support for Students (PS4-S), System Usability Scale (SUS), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results shows There is a significant relationship between usability and intention to use the PS4-S portal. Also, there is a significant difference of intention to use PS4-S portal between genders. The Psychoemotional Support for Students (PS4-S) portal is usable and accepted by undergraduate student. Most importantly, students’ intention to use the PS4-S portal is determined by the usability of the portal.
