Computer science Bulletin and song generation are main tasks done by the secretary in church. In order to reduce secretary burden, the church management support system will be applied. The church management support system provides support for auto generation of weekly bulletin which consist of the schedule of members that will work for that particular week. The system will be able to auto generate bulletin by using existing member database and required information. This will help to ease the secretary job in term of assigning the task for members. The system also allows user to manipulate the data manually as in some cases assigned member is not available. The system also produces a recommendation of praise and worship song for the lead singer of the week for references. The system requires XAMPP as a local network server to function. Browser will be used as a platform for user interaction. The system will be developed using PHP together with HTML. Data are retrieved from the database using MySQL.
