The objective of this study is to identify management techniques and training exercises that were conducted in Kem Semanggo II RAMD. Finally is to analyze the relevant data related in management training inside the brass band. The final results show variety of training was carry out in effort to improve personnel skills. From the analysis that was carried out showed that each band member has met the required performance standards.
