The study sample consisted of 80 residences who are employed and have family commitment. The data for the residences in the research area were gathered through questionnaire with the help from the residence’s representative. The results showed that there are intersection between the three variables which are family support, stress-at-home and work-life interface. The dominant factor for the employee’s personal life to work enrichment is family support. On the other hand, the dominant factor for employee’s personal to work conflict is stress-at-home.
