The objective of the study is to seek whether there is significant relationship between the working system as dependent variables and the six related factors as independent variables. The method of study employed is the survey type of research. The questionnaires were distributed in the Land and Survey Department, Sri Aman. The study found that the development of human factor in the workplace should br given serious attention by the top management in order to develop an effective working system.
