This research was done at University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. There are 60 supporting staffs 1 and 2 of UNIMAS involved in this research as a respondent. Data was collected through the use of a questionnaire and it was analyze using The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) - 11.5. All the hypothesis are being tested by using Pearson, Independent Sample T-test and One Way ANOVA. The level of resilient for Unimas I and 2 supporting staff are at high level. The result indicated significant correlation between attitude and value towards knowledge, willingness to change, continues learning, self-motivation to learning and talent appreciating factors with the characteristic of resiliency of workforce. meanwhile there is no significant differences between demography factors with the characteristic of resiliency of workforce.
