The bounds tests showed that the ARDL model has a long-run co integration among the variables in this analysis. Besides that, the ARDL model produces an accurate result as all the estimated coefficient of the independent variables which are world price o f cocoa beans, exchange rate, grinding of cocoa beans, and local production of cocoa beans are statistically significant with the expected sign.
