Moreover, tourists prefer to plan their itineraries themselves in order to minimize the risk of being scammed by potential travel agencies scam. The covid-19 outbreak has shown the need for digitalisation in technological innovation services, along with the rise of AI-based platforms. Developed using Software Development Life Cycle methodology, this project uses AI to provide personalised trip planning in a web application.
