The aims of the research is to understand motifs in Orang Ulu culture and adapting it into appropriate costumes for a stage performance. Researcher used qualitative approaches using reference such as books, journals and past researchto enhance this study. The researcher used an analysis of reading material obtained from the library of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and website.
