The thiourea concentration effect for CdS nanostructures deposited on quartz substrate is studied. The CdS nanostructures give important analysis of X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical transmittance using (UV-vis) and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, in addition to characterization of atomic force microscopy (AFM).
