The abnormality of TGA or the Transposition of Great Arteries is one of the most common and fatal diseases among all kinds of congenital heart diseases in infants. In this kind of defect, systemic and pulmonary blood circulation pathways are placed in parallel rather than in series. In the present research, a classic model called PHYSBE, which is a complete model of human circulation system, is used for modeling the abnormality of TGA.
