In this paper, a new elliptic curve cryptosystem is proposed with the security of this cryptosystem is based on the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem (ECDLP). The proposed scheme needs 59 1 MUL H T T + and 30 1 MUL H T T + for the encryption and decryption algorithms respectively. The scheme needs one public key and one secret key and the communication cost of the scheme is 2 q . This cryptosystem was build to add to the collection of elliptic curve cryptosystem based on ECDLP and as an alternative for users apart from the existing cryptosystems.
