They are frequently found in food factories, in chemical and pharmaceutical labs, and in product manufacturing facilities. Most industrial mixers bear little resemblance to regular home mixers. Industrial models are typically quite large and often look more like giant boxes or complex machines than anything else. The majority of industrial mixing tasks are performed in closed containers with limited air supply and controlled temperatures. The main goal of industrial mixers is to facilitate some sort of reaction between ingredients. In most cases, simply combining the ingredients is only the first part of the process. Technical labour or worker are usually able to program industrial mixers in order to control their mixing speeds, temperatures, and times. Industrial mixers also give operators the option of slowly adding additional ingredients into the mix at certain intervals. In addition, it also prevent excessive substance or material measurement that had been fixed. In this industrial mixers project, the limitation is focusing at the input where on that part which can fix more than 2 valve containing different substance, but still there are only 1 output that provide the result. From this industrial mixers, the expectation that it will help now a day industrial mixing such as chemical, food, manufacturing and others in term of efficiency in production as a base of production development, where the product would be able to compete with others that involved in same industrial field. On this project conclude with recommendation on the most suitable industrial mixer that capable to achieve the goal, in which the production of product is the centre piece of industrial development. 2014-06-03T03:00:12Z 2014-06-03T03:00:12Z 2014-06-03 http://localhost/xmlui/handle/123456789/7046 en
