Summary: | In tracing the leadership of this great figure, it turns out that many things are the impetus in determining successful leadership. Apart from the application of racial and religious values, the best leader is also seen to be more concerned with effort than direct giving. Although the steps involved in politics, the best leader is more concerned with the supremacy nation, but matters relating to the welfare of more focused on its own initiative. The course of governance of a country as well as the dynamic political competition, still make the best leader is envied by his enemies. In determining the strength and resilience of a sovereign country like Malaysia, a political leader must have certain characteristics in shaping their leadership. Good political leaders can determine the continuity of their own careers and also help in stabilizing the country. The stability of a country depends on various things such as the political scene, economic growth, unity and education. Since education is the mainstay of civilization, then the aspect of leadership cannot be separated from political leadership. This brief study was conducted on 11 teachers in Batu Pahat district. They were interviewed regarding the characteristics of a desired political leader. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed thematically to obtain data. The findings of this study are expected to provide a brief overview of the qualities that must exist for a political leader in upholding education in Malaysia. |
