The country’s economic growth has lowered down and it has sparked fears of an impending economic crisis and recession. Almost every aspect of people’s lives in Malaysia impacted by the outbreak of Covid-19. Malaysians have been adapting to the outbreak and the regulations of needing to stay home. Also, social distancing, self-isolation and travel restrictions have led to a reduced workforce across all economic sectors and caused many jobs to be lost. The regulations also lead most retailers to temporarily shuttered their stores. Due to the outbreak, the medium and small-sized retailers are combating with the situation and online businesses are also included in the list. This pandemic has shaken up all types of business including the e-business on a massive scale. This paper review how has the coronavirus (Covid-19) impacted Malaysia’s e-Business industry.
