Summary:Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) plans to introduce an English certificate course in China as a feeder system to attract Chinese students in an effort to enrol 10 per cent foreign students next year. Its vice-chancellor, Prof Datuk Mortaza Mohamed said passing the English certificate examination, would be one of the criteria for Chinese students to enter UMK and the system would be more sustainable in promoting UMK in China.
