From this study, the sample size was 379 entrepreneurs in Kota Bharu. The researches have chosen the simple random sampling for sample size. The questionnaire was used to determine the critical success factor (CSFs) toward business performance. In this study, we found that the past experience is the most factor that influence business performance while second is education and followed by risk-taking behaviour.
