In this study, the L.domesticum Corr parts (seed,skin and flesh) were extracted using maceration extraction method with two different solvents; methanol and ethanol. The antimicrobial activity of extracts were tested against microorganisms which are Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were determined by measuring the clear zone of inhibition against the microbes. General result in this study shows the negative results where there are no activities of antimicrobial from this fruit samples. Besides, the result showed that the total of percentage yield of ethanolic extracts is higher than methanolic extract.
