Proximate analysis of B. areolara showed that they were high in protein which range from 65.56 % to 68.89 % and low in fat which range from 0.76 % to 1.00 % . While, for the ash content were range between 4.99 % to 5.00 % and crude fibre content were range from 0.10 % to 0.14 %.
