Several samples were been isolated at soil and trunk of the dead wood. 3 samples from the decayed wood tree was shown a positive results. These bacteria sample B produce a large clearing zone indicated the high degradation rate which is 3.5cm followed by sample D which is 3.4cm and sample A and C which is 3.0cm. The cellulose assay then been futher analysis to prove the sample have a higher enzymatic activity. Sample B was chosen as the high enzymatic activity by producing 0.165 U/mI enzyme activity followed by sample A producing 0.124U/ml and sample D producing 0.111U/m1 enzyme activity. Bacillus cereus strain-JX847612, Bacillus cereus strain-KF641834 and Bacillus cereus strain-GU056811was identified by using gel electrophoresis method, DNA extraction method and sequenced using BLAST method.
