Summary: | Staff is an asset that helps a department to complete task and also an organization to perform in an industry. Staff will be the hand and leg to get a task done no matter it’s in department or big organization. To become better hand and leg to complete task, staff need training to sharpen their ability and makes minimum mistake on their work. Training is important for staff to be more effective getting the task done and become successful hand and leg to a department or an organization. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between selected factors which is ethics, working capability, and knowledge towards the effectiveness of training. Data collection for this research is based on the design questionnaire which distributed to 110 respondents in University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). The method been used to test the hypothesis is correlation coefficient and the result shown all the independent variable is significant. Besides that, the result also shown that all the independent variables which are the ethics, working capability, and knowledge are influence by the training that been given to the University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) staff. The value of this research is to provide information to the higher management of every department in University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) that the training given to the staff is effective. |
