This study aims to identify the factor that influences women to choose teacher as a career and determine the main factor that influences the inclination to becoming a teacher. Factor examined include salary, family and personal and demographic details from age, race, education level, salary and state. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed to teacher at Sekolah Menengah Pengkalan Chepa. Findings show that women involvement in career as teacher because attracted with the salary. In the case, women are also motivated to sustain to secure higher income and achieve better standard of living.
