This problem often occurs and causes huge losses to the farmers in Kelantan. The study was conducted to identify problems faced by the farmers and to identify the variables and effects of rainfall that have an impact on the financial resources of the farmers. The method used in this study is the Ricardian approach in which this equation is used to identify the problem encountered. The results obtained from this study indicate the significance of the variables of the variables taken in this study.
