One of their favorite social media platforms was TikTok, which allowed them to express themselves through short videos and creative collaborations. However, the involvement of GenZ in TikTok activities could lead to potential cyber threats, such as fraud, hacking, and online harassment, due to their limited knowledge of cybersecurity. Therefore, improving cybersecurity awareness among GenZ users on TikTok was crucial to protect them from these risks. This study aimed to investigate the factors that influenced cybersecurity awareness among GenZ users of TikTok, focusing on attitudes, knowledge, and the digital environment. The research objectives were to examine the influence of attitude factors, investigate the correlation between knowledge factors and cybersecurity awareness, and identify the relationship between environment factors and cybersecurity awareness. The finding of the study showed that there was a statistically significant and strong positive correlation between the attitude, knowledge, and environment factors and the cybersecurity awareness of GenZ TikTok application users. The P-value for each factor was 0.000, and the P-value for correlations was less than 0.05.
