| Summary: | The study aims to examine university’s students on factors which online review, value capture and security that influencing Kelantan as experience tourism. A questionnaire was used as the data source. The results of the study revealed that the factors are significant relevance towards university’s students. Both academics and practitioners can benefit from the findings. Additionally, the report ends with suggestions for institutions on how to approach the problems mentioned.
