In this study, age, education, and income are all elements that might impact their acceptance intention towards the charge. Besides that, the quantitative approach will be used by the researcher to conduct this study. An online survey questionnaire is created to gather information from respondents. This questionnaire is created by Google Form and will distribute to the public. Moreover, the sampling calculation for this investigation will be based on the suggested rule of thumb by Roscoe (1975). According to Roscoe (1975), the minimal sample size will be more than 30 and less than 500 participants. As a result, there will be 190 respondents participated to complete the questionnaire. In addition, the researcher is using non-probability sampling technique to conduct this study.
