OFDS give benefits to undergraduates as it attracts them to use it in their daily lives. Therefore, the objective of this study to determine the relationship between time saving and online food delivery services among UMK undergraduates, to identify the relationship between cost saving and online food delivery services among UMK undergraduates, to determine the relationship between perceived usefulness and online food delivery service among UMK undergraduates, and to identify the relationship between prior online purchase experience and online food delivery service among UMK undergraduates. In this study, total population of UMK students is about 15 000, therefore 375 respondents who were required to reply to the questionnaires comprise the sample size. The researcher was assisted in gathering the data using the WhatsApp conversation and Google Form. In this study, the quantitative research method was used. According to the researcher, majority of the data shows a significant relationship between independent variables and dependent variables.
