Summary:Recently, the issue related to the lack of talent among students has become a very important issue at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan because this lack will have a bad effect on the university because outsiders will think that the university does not take the initiative to address this problem. Based on the results of the research that has been done, we have suggested several factors that can influence the development of talent among students, namely, talent, university infrastructure and co-curriculum. The university will organize several programs and provide training to attract students to get involved in order to further develop existing talents, because this will have a positive impact on students and they will acquire good knowledge and skills. If the value of Pearson Correlation coefficient, r is 1.00, there is a strong positive relationship between variables, while the value of Pearson Correlation coefficient, r is -1.00, there is strong negative relationship between variables, when P -value less than 0.05 is considered statistically significant. Based on the result of Pearson correlation coefficient value, r and significant values, p, it can be concluded that there are positive relationships between the dependent variable (Talent Development) and independent variables (Talent, University Infrastructure and Curriculum).
