In the event of a medical emergency, a Takaful plan with medical benefits might be valuable as a safety net as well as a financial buffer. In the event of an emergency, Takaful will alleviate the financial load. The scope of this research paper will focus on the level of awareness of Takaful services among students at the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, City Campus. This study's purpose is to investigate the factors influencing awareness of Takaful services among UMK’s students. The method used in this research is quantitative. The study uses a few statistical techniques to analyze the data, and the data was gathered by distributing the questionnaire to 340– 400 students at the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), City Campus. The findings of this study found that knowledge, price, and religion background had a moderately positive relationship with awareness of Takaful among UMK’s students. The findings of this study found that students understand and are aware of Takaful. However, the research indicated that there is still the slightest chance that a few students are aware of it but do not really practice it due to the lack of exposure among them. This study highlights the insights needed to explore more about the Takaful. Thus, it would provide some knowledge to fellow Muslims, and lastly, it would inflict Malaysian government and other Muslim countries to be aware the need of Takaful.
