However, this study focuses on informal woman micro-entrepreneur who are housewives that involved in dropshipping activities. The increase in the number of housewives in entrepreneurship shows their maturity in running a business. The aim of this study to identify the factors that encourage the involvement of housewives in dropshipping activities. In addition, this study will also examine the perception of housewives in Kelantan on the factors of opportunity in the operation of their business as well as the challenges faced by housewives in the conduct of their business. A qualitative study was conducted on a sample of 5 housewives from Kelantan using semi-structure interviews. This study adopts an interpretative approach and uses multiple case studies with semi-structured interviews as the main data collection technique.
