Summary: | Researcher was doing the research to measures the level of customer acceptance on online banking system in Kota Bharu. Researcher used the four factors that contributed to the customer acceptance on online banking system in Kota Bharu. There are trust, awareness of service and its benefit, trust, and quality of the internet connection. In this study, researcher used 100 respondents. There are 40 respondents of UMK’S student, 30 respondents of staff UMK’s and 30 respondents of community around Kota Bharu. Researcher also used the questionnaire method to get the feedback from the respondents. Researcher used three analysis in this study, such as reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, and correlation analysis to find the relationship between the factors and customer acceptance on online banking system in Kota Bharu. Based on the research result, researcher address that all the factor was tested have the relationship with the customer acceptance on online banking system in Kota Bharu. So, we reject H0 and accept H1. But, the main factor that contributed to the customer acceptance on online banking system in Kota Bharu is awareness of service and its benefit. We can see this result based on descriptive analysis was tested by researcher based on the higher value mean. In the likert scale,1(strongly disagree),2 (disagree), 3(agree), and 4(strongly agree). |
