This study will be conducted at Pengkalan Chepa as this area is well know as " education hub'. Population of this study consist of youth in Pengkalan Chepa which are 1040 people and the sample size of this research will be 278 respondents (refer to Krejie & Morgan 1970). Researcher will analyze the data by using the quantitative method and questionaire will be distributed to the respondents.
