The researcher chose Shaykh Ahmed Abdul Salam’s book “Guidance of the Misguided Man to the Guidance of the Holy Qur’an” as a case study. The study aims to give an introduction about Shaykh Abu Muzayriq (2010 AC، 1431 AH)، demonstrate his approach in selecting the exegeses of the Qur’an، and illustrate the fruitful intended effects that researchers and people get benefited from the revival of the different aspects of selecting the exegeses of the Qur’an. To achieve the objectives of the study، the researcher first used the inductive approach to collect Shaykh Abu Muzayriq’s selections of the exegeses of the Qur’an within the scope of the study. Second، the researcher used the analytical approach to discuss the various issues presented in this research. This has been done by presenting and depending on Shaykh Abu Muzayriq’s exegesis and opinions. Third، the researcher used the comparative approach to compare between Shaykh Abu Muzayriq’s exegesis of the Qur’an and other scholars. The researcher’s main purpose of using the comparative approach is to demonstrate which exegeses (either Shaykh Abu Muzayriq’s or others’) are more authentic and reliable for the Qur’an. Fourth، the researcher used the critical approach to critically discuss and explain the scholars’ different opinions and issues concerning the exegeses of the Qur’an، so as to the study comes up with new scientific results. The study concluded that selection considering the intended purposes of the Qur’an has a positive effect in dealing with the Qur’an، because every part in the Quran has its own purpose. For this reason، Shaykh Abu Muzayriq made a specific classification for the intended purposes of the Qur’an. The study demonstrates that Shaykh Abu Muzayriq recommends people to follow the judgment of the Qur’an when studying the theories that came from the west i.e. Natural Selection Theory. Shaykh Abu Muzayriq did this in order for the Jewish false Hadith not to sneak to the authentic Hadith. There are many aspects of revival such as the revival of the dogmatic side، jurisprudent side، social side and final revival in the science of the Qur’an. The researcher recommends for a new study to extract another new aspects of Shaykh Abu Muzayriq’s Selections for the Revival of the Exegesis of the Qur’an، such as sciences of the Qur’an and rhetoric.
