This research project focuses on the development of a heat feedback parameter in FES. There are two components for this project. Firstly, the FES stimulator was constructed to produce a suitable stimulation by modulating the input parameter. A temperature sensor was used to detect the heat produced by the stimulated muscle. Secondly, two tests were conducted in several able-bodied subjects. First was voluntary training and second was using stimulation. During tests, the cycling resistance and amplitude of pulses current was increased.
