Well designed WebQuest is learner centered embracing constructivist philosophy; critical and creative thinking, understanding and transformational learning, authenticity and situated learning environments; inquiry-based learning; scaffolding; differentiation, cooperative and engaged learning (Lamb & Tecleheimanot, 2005).
