Design of rectifier circuit to harvest the RF energy for wearable medical devices
This paper focused on the essential part of the RF energy harvesting system by designing a rectifier circuit capable of harvesting the ambient RF energy to power the wearable medical devices. The bridge rectifier, along with the impedance matching network, has been developed. The simulated results s...

The maximum RF-DC conversion efficiency of 84.63 has been accomplished when the input power was 10 dBm at 1.5 kΩ load resistance.
