So, an organization's new hire on boarding approach should be strategic and continue to play a vital role in attracting potential talent. The onboarding is a systematic and comprehensive strategy for acclimating a new hire to a company's culture and giving them the tools needed to contribute successfully to the team. It is not just a standard approach but ideally increases the new hires' readiness, happiness, and productivity.
