Description
Summary:This course will interactively engage lecturer and students cooperatively and collaboratively with hands-on experience on plantation practices. More emphasis will be given on the actual running of plantation crops in the field with aims to enhance their ability on critical thinking, identify issues and problems occurred in the plantation as well as propose the possible solutions. All students with their group members are required to search out technical information, justify and highlight the important points on the topic discussed. Students’ roles and their performance during group demonstration at the fieldwork session are crucial. The outcomes of their managerial and leadership skills shall be assessed through a variety of tools which include demonstration by student, question and answer and fieldwork observation by lecturers.
