ISC550 : Qawaid fiqhiyyah / Academy of Contemporary Islamic Studies (ACIS)
This course deals with various aspects of Qawaid Fiqhiyyah (Islamic Legal Maxims) and the applications of the principles in muamalat and daily life as a whole. It covers five major qawaid as well as few branches of the qawaid.
