Summary:The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between three factors of teamwork and the employees' job performance. The three factors of teamwork are team trust, interdependence and reward and recognition. Method used for this study is correlational research in order to examine the relationship between variables. Simple random sampling was the sampling technique that used in this study with 44 respondents as the sample size which from all departments at Majlis Daerah Maran. The finding result shows all the factors of teamwork have significant relationship towards employees' job performance. Interdependence was the most influential factor of teamwork that affect to employees' job performance.
