Apart from that, 50 questionnaires have been distributed to staffs at Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Temerloh to achieve the objective of this study. All the data collected are analyzed using SPSS program. The finding shows the relationship of independent variables and the most influence variable that affect the dependent variables.
