This study used data of 31 Public Listed Companies in F&B Industry in Malaysia respectively from 2006 to 2015. The Dividend Pay-out Ratio was used as the dependent variable while Liquidity, Profitability, Leverage, Investment Opportunities and Maturity were used as independent variables.
