Summary:During my internship, I was able to put my newly acquired theoretical knowledge into practice by learning how a Sharp's human resource department functions and coordinates its activities to maintain the organization's smooth operation at all levels by ensuring the right number of people are available at the right time to accomplish the right job. Not only that, I have also learned about the company's working culture and seen how Sharp treats its employees with dignity and independence to guarantee that they are inspired to give the company their all. In this report, there will be nine parts as the content of the report. The first part will be the preliminary pages that contain the cover page of the report, the executive summary, table of content as well as the acknowledgement. It continues with the updated resume as the second part in the report. The third part are the beginning of the content that related with the company which about the company’s profile. In this part, the explanation will be about the name, location, background of the company. Moreover, vision, mission, objective and goal of the company also will be stated in the report to make the prove as the company are exist and have a goal to continue plan the future of their company. Other than that, the organization structure also will be shown as different company has different type of organization chart. The most important in this part is about the product that being produced by the Sharp will be stated below. Training reflection are the fourth part that will be explained and the content will be about the duration of the internship, the details about the department that being placed for internship, the roles as well as the responsibilities that being hold during internship. Furthermore, the benefit that be gain during internship either intrinsic such as experience and knowledge or extrinsic such as compensation will be stated in this report. The SWOT Analysis of the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats is covered in the following section of the report. This is followed by conclusions and recommendations on important variables related to Sharp's company. The conclusion is presented before the references as the eight parts and appendices as the last part to be state in this report.
