To improve cooperation between colleagues, the company needs to emphasize the principles of cooperation and team spirit that have been set by the company. They need to ensure that employees always follow this principle. The stronger the cooperation between employees, the stronger the company. The outcome obtained from undergoing an internship here is that in order to succeed in a business, there will be various challenges and there must be a good relationship with people who can give profit.
