This report analysis was done concerning the Royal Perak Golf Cub Berhad in Ipoh, Perak, where I interned for 24 weeks beginning on March 1 and ending on August 15, 2023. The company's goal in performing the SWOT analysis was to better understand its entire performance and focus on areas that needed attention to achieve better management.
