| Summary: | This industrial training report provides an overview of my experience during the internship in the administrative department at Kolej Yayasan UEM (KYUEM). The report is divided into five main sections, starting with my resume, which outlines my educational background and related skills. The second section dives into the history of the organisation, including details on how KYUEM established its vision and mission, organizational chart, products its offers, current news and events. This section serves as a foundation for understanding the college's operational context. In the third section, "Student's Reflection," I consider the interactions I had with colleagues as well as the worthwhile learning experiences I had while helping out with various administrative responsibilities. The importance of involvement and the part that administrative roles and responsibilities been stated in report. The SWOT analysis and recommendations for KYUEM are covered in detail in the fourth and fifth section. The analysis identifies the college's internal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from external factors. Additionally, in order to improve overall performance, strategic recommendations are offered to build on strengths, fix weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities, and minimise possible threats. Finally, the report comes to a close by summarising the major discoveries and experiences during the internship. Overall, this intern report includes insightful analyses of KYUEM's administrative operations and strategic suggestions for enhancing the college's standing in the A-level education sector. |
